• Are your products vegan?

  Our products are entirely suitable for vegans, except for the following formulas: Infoactivo™ Detox Aurum and Crema Detox, which contain Honey Cocoate, and Sellador Biolaminar, Crema de Manos, and Crema de Afeitado, which contain Beeswax (Cera Alba). Also, our hair products containing Keratin. This is WOOL KERATIN: a purified fraction of New Zealand wool. Animals are not harmed, and the sheep must be sheared for their own wellbeing. These are the products that contain Keratin:

  • Restaurador Fuerza
  • Infoactivo Fuerza Capilar
  • Agua de Tierra

  In the rest of our formulations, we use only organic botanical active ingredients and no substances derived from animals. In addition, we do not test our products on animals.

• Do your products contain silicones or sulfates?

  No. All Secretos del Agua products are free of silicones and sulfates.

• Are your products natural?

  It is our signature. All our products are free of silicones, parabens, petrochemicals, and sulfates.

• Can I use your products while pregnant?

  All Secretos del Agua products are natural and can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding, with one exception.

  The Hand Cleansing Gel is not recommended during pregnancy due to the presence of essential oils.

• Where can I find the ingredients used in your products?

  On each product page of our website, you can find the botanical actives it contains and their properties, as well as the INCI (the technical nomenclature of the ingredients).

• What do the seals on the packaging mean?

  Organic and Biodegradable. Our treatments contain ingredients that are healthy for both you and the environment.

  Biopolar™ Water. This is our main active ingredient, unique and exclusive worldwide. We use Biopolar™ Water as the key active in all our formulas.

  Botanical Actives of the highest purity. Our Botanical Actives come from biodynamic and organic farming, carried out with full respect for nature’s cycles.

• Is your packaging eco-friendly?

  Since the very beginning, we have worked to create packaging that is as environmentally respectful as possible.

  The glass used for our products is a sustainable, infinitely recyclable material.

  Our PET is 100% recycled and recyclable, reducing the use of natural resources.

  Our boxes are made from recycled cardboard.
